Any original character appearing in a piece of work retains the copyright of its owner.
> You cannot edit, sell, or create any sort of merchandise out of my artwork. Artwork is for personal use only.
> I will not remove my watermark, do not ask me too.
> You cannot use my artwork for any form of blockchain, creating an NFT or for any form of cryptocurrency.
> You are not allowed to feed my artwork into any form of AI generator to replicate and/or create more art of any kind. You will be blacklisted.
I reserve the right to reject or cancel any commission with no refund at any given moment if any of the previous rules are broken.Adopts:
You, own the rights to the adoptable purchased, be it a custom design or pre-made design. However:
> You CANNOT alter the adopt beyond recognition.
> You must ALWAYS credit the art of the original design back to me and never claim it as your own.
> You CANNOT use AI to make art of the design.
> You CANNOT use the adopt to create an NFT.
> You CANNOT trace the adopt to be resold.
You are, however, allowed to resell the design should you wish to part ways with it but it cannot be sold higher than the price bought unless it is paired with other materials included. (IE. Artwork, Commissions, Gifts, Media, etc)
I reserve the right to forfeit blacklist you should these rules be found broken.
